Contest Rules

1. One entry per person per sweepstakes package

2. Sweepstakes valid for US and Canadian residents only

3. Winner will be notified within two business days of the monthly drawing via email or telephone to verify mailing address

4. If winner does not respond within 5 working days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from all entries for the featured item of the month

5. Voucher or gift certificate will be mailed once address has been verified

6. Employees and family members of Destination Media Alliance, LLC are not eligible to win the contest

7. Destination Media Alliance, LLC is not responsible for any arrangements, scheduling, deliverables or liability associated with the featured contest package beyond delivery of the gift certificate or voucher to the verified address of the selected winner

8. Delivery of gift certificate or voucher must be signed by the recipient

9. By entering this Sweepstakes, you are opting in to receive our newsletter with special travel offers and events throughout Washington State. Your email address will be shared with the sponsoring organization of the monthly sweepstakes you entered. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time and will immediately be removed from future emailings.

10. All entrants will be mailed a FREE copy of the 2012 Scenic Washington State travel guide.
